About Goodstart Brighton – Cochrane Street Goodstart Brighton – Cochrane Street is a welcoming 60‑place centre offering a calm, relationship‑focused environment where educators are genuinely supported. With an approachable leadership team, thoughtfully designed learning spaces and educators can focus on what matters most — building meaningful connections with children. This is a permanent full‑time educator position, requiring availability across operating hours of 7:00am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. Located in a quiet residential area close to Brighton North train station, this centre offers stability and a strong sense of belonging.

Requirements

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current VIC Working with Children Check
