The faculty position involves administrative, academic, service and scholarship responsibilities consistent with the mission and philosophy of the Program, School and Institution. Faculty are responsible for developing learning content, executing that content and evaluating student performance in the didactic curriculum. In addition to teaching responsibilities, faculty are expected to engage in research and other scholarly activities, clinical practice, and professional activities. This core faculty position involves administrative, academic, service and scholarship responsibilities consistent with the mission and philosophy of the Program, School and Institution. Primary responsibilities of this position include: Collaborating with the didactic team to develop and modify the curriculum Teaching and facilitating within the Adult and Pediatric Medicine, History and Physical Examination, Communication of Medicine, Diagnostic Procedures, Clinical Skills I & II, Advance Clinical Therapeutics, and Clinical Inquiry courses according to your expertise and the needs of the program. Participating in the Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) and Virtual Reality (VR) curriculum Oversee and collaborate with the basic sciences course adjunct faculty Proctor formative and summative evaluations throughout the year Evaluate student performance in the didactic curriculum. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
