About The Position
Ädelbrook Academy in Cromwell provides a nurturing learning community for ages 9–22, offering individualized programs that support students with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. As a certified private special education school, we create an environment where students can build independence, confidence, and academic success through compassionate support and individualized learning. This role is for the 1st shift.

Responsibilities
- Support students through academic, vocational, and life skill development opportunities
- Assist with individualized education programs (IEPs) and student support plans
- Guide students in developing job skills, professional behaviors, and community readiness
- Provide one-on-one and small group support in educational and vocational settings
- Implement positive behavior strategies while creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic learning environment
