As a member of a multidisciplinary clinical team, the Educational Diagnostician II conducts developmental evaluations of 0 to 3-year-old children to determine eligibility for the Infant-Toddler Program and to assess child and family needs for early intervention supports and services. The North Carolina Early Intervention Section is part of the Division of Child and Family Well-Being and is the lead agency for the N.C. Infant-Toddler Program, which provides supports and services for families and their children, birth to three, who have developmental delays and/or disabilities. Children's Developmental Services Agencies (CDSAs) are the local agencies that implement the NC ITP across North Carolina, working with local service providers to help families help their children succeed. This position will be located in the Murphy office.
