We are seeking an Education Design Strategist to help shape innovative workforce education solutions that connect educational providers with the evolving needs of employers and learners. In this role you will develop and deliver education solutions that connect workforce needs with learning opportunities. This role supports products such as career pathways, provider networks, and customized education offerings by leveraging workforce trends, skills data, credentials, and educational program insights. The position conducts qualitative research, including stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and discovery sessions, to identify opportunities and generate actionable recommendations. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, the strategist translates research findings into scalable education solutions that support workforce development goals. As a client-facing role, the Education Design Strategist collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to design impactful education programs, communicate insights, and drive successful outcomes. The consultant will report to the Director, Education Design Strategy within the EdAssist Product Team. This is a Remote position available in the United States.
