Educational Coordinator - Kids Discovery
About The Position
Kids Discovery is seeking a qualified Educational Coordinator to join the Early Learning Academies (ELA) community with Excel Creative Early Learning. This role is for individuals with a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of young children, providing them with an exceptional early learning experience. The ideal candidate will have energy, compassion, and the drive to execute this mission, whether they have prior childcare experience or are new to the industry. The position requires dedication to nurturing young minds and contributing to a welcoming and inspiring educational community that values innovation and creativity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of ECE experience.
- Staff credentials (CDA, FCCPC or an Associates in a related field).
- Management experience required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
- Completion of a Level 2 background screening through Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
