About The Position

This is a contract position to supervise Education Week classrooms in an assigned building during BYU Education Week (August 17-21). The primary responsibilities include ensuring presenters have their audiovisual needs met before class begins and assisting with other program tasks. The role requires regular and consistent attendance at scheduled shifts.

• Must attend Building Supervisor training meeting on Tuesday, August 11, from 9:00-11:00 a.m.
• Must attend Hosting training meeting on Saturday, August 15, 8:00-11:30 a.m.
• Cannot work any other campus jobs during the week of the program, August 17-21.
• There is a lot of walking.
• Some lifting and carrying of supplies.

Responsibilities

• Be able to supervise and be supervised.
• Think and act independently.
