About The Position

Manage the provision of Education Technology for AnMed; manage specific projects and provide general assistance to all the users of educational software. This position includes administration of AnMed Learning Management System (HealthStream), along with providing compliance documentation for the organization, and assisting with the performance management system. This system administrator coordinates and manages all clinical and non-clinical courses offered through Healthstream. In addition, to administrating on-line education, this position will engage in face to face training events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/Clinical field, Management, Education Technology, or Human Resource Development required.
  • Minimum of (5) years experience in training, HR, Nursing or other clinical fields.
  • Must have a basic understanding of adult education theories and performance improvement technology.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Must have good computer skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's preferred.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years experience in working with educational systems in hospitals preferred.
  • Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as AnMed Health's Learning Management System Administrator.
  • Coordinates and manages education technology software system-wide for AnMed.
  • Manages the distribution of mandatory online education and compliance for over 4,000 employees and Physicians.
  • Educates managers, supervisors, and provides support for maintaining and reporting employee compliance of mandatory training/initiatives.
  • Assists with the coordination of the UKG Performance Management System.
  • Performs needs assessment and evaluation for Healthstream and CBT in order to maintain quality assurance for AnMed.
  • Develops/authors/designs online courses for AnMed University in Healthstream.
  • Provides consult services to educators regarding implementing blended learning and systems training solutions.
  • Coordinates implementation of new systems as required.
  • Provides communication and training to managers and end users of various education technology.
  • Assists with the administration of AnMed's Tuition Assistance and Scholar Programs.
  • Engages and facilitates in face to face learning events when needed.
