  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a higher education environment is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS) is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain computer testing and accommodations testing rooms.
  • Prepare room in advance of scheduled exams.
  • Maintain Chromebook(s) (charging, cleaning, storing).
  • Monitor Chromebook(s) to assure operational status and troubleshoot common problems.
  • Restore testing area to its previous arrangement prior to exiting following exams.
  • Manage test scheduling and related procedures.
  • Develop exam schedule in partnership with Program Director and Faculty.
  • Proctor computer-based exams, including course exams, Kaplan exams, retakes, math exams, etc.
  • Validate appropriate identification for admission to exam.
  • Assist students to log into exam.
  • Troubleshoot testing issues as necessary.
  • Monitor exam process and progress.
  • Enforce all rules and regulations as necessary.
  • Follow established protocol for integrity breaches.
  • Provide technical assistance to faculty and students related to testing.
  • Maintain and update knowledge of current operating technology.
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Director and Office Manager as needed.
  • Perform various tasks, assignments, and projects as directed (open houses, site tours, etc.).
  • Perform additional duties as requested by Program Director, nursing faculty, and Office Manager.
  • Maintain and manage individual and group scheduling and calendars.
  • Other duties as assigned.
