This role serves as the primary point of contact for the association’s learning management system (LMS), overseeing vendor relationships, product design and development, and day-to-day customer support. The position plays a key role in shaping the future of the LMS by coordinating enhancements, driving strategic planning, and ensuring a high-quality user experience. In addition, this person designs and develops engaging educational content to be delivered through the platform, supporting the organization’s learning objectives and member needs.
