We are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist for our St. Louis location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience.” Somebody who is passionate about AV. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in same field.
  • Experience in administrative or learning management roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in video editing.
  • Customer service and solid communication skills are a must.
  • Attitude and Aptitude are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the company’s education portal (CTI - U)
  • Enroll employees in training programs and track their progress.
  • Coordinate with trainers and learning partners.
  • Generate reports on course completion and learning outcomes.
  • Assist employees with portal access and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure training materials are up to date and relevant.
  • Schedule and facilitate company training events
  • Assist with end-to-end new hire onboarding coordination
  • Other tasks as assigned.
