About The Position

This recruitment is for a Part-Time Extensive Support Needs Education Specialist (Previously Moderate/Severe) position at one of our middle schools. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who require significant support and a strong commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The successful candidate will provide individualized instruction, implement functional academic and life skills programming, and support students in achieving their IEP goals. The role is for the 2026-27 School Year.

Requirements

Possession of a valid California Education Specialist Instruction credential in the subject matter of posting.
English Learners Authorization.
Letter of Introduction (Must be current and relative to the position you are applying to).
