About The Position

This role involves independently managing the activities of a campus-wide program under the direction of the Administrator and Regional Campus Associate Dean for Clinical Learning. The Education Program Manager I will provide direction and guidance to a team to facilitate the achievement of program goals. Key responsibilities include maintaining program timelines, managing budgets, scheduling resources, recruiting and training Standardized Patients, coordinating program materials, overseeing data collection and analysis for simulated exams, developing and maintaining databases, organizing meetings and events, coordinating outreach activities, reporting to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies, and participating in program resource development and relevant committees.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Regional Campus program timeline including tracking deadlines for program deliverables.
  • Develop and manage program budget.
  • Schedule people and material and campus resources for assigned courses.
  • Recruit Standardized Patients and train program staff.
  • Coordinate the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of program data related to simulated exams.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events.
  • Oversee training for program students and standardized patient participants.
  • Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with community and academic partners.
  • Ensure program data and progress are reported to program stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.
  • Participate in the development of program resources through literature searches, contact with outside programs, and review of funding opportunities.
  • Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession.
  • Other duties as assigned.
