About The Position
The Education Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Clinical Education and Professional Development initiatives by coordinating educational programs, managing learning and compliance data, organizing training activities, and providing administrative and technical support to educators, leaders, and staff. This position helps ensure the successful delivery of professional development programs, continuing education activities, and regulatory compliance efforts while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to advance workforce development and organizational excellence. The Education Program Coordinator is a Professional Development Associate (PDA) that provides professional support to the Clinical Education & Professional Development Team. These positions coordinate and prioritize educational initiatives, maintain records, and provide administrative and technical support. Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 2 years General Office Experience
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree in Nursing, Education, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Education, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Experience with clerical support, project coordination, or program administration
