Friendship Public Charter School (FPCS) is seeking an Education Pioneers Fellow to develop and implement an end-to-end onboarding model for new hires, focusing on teachers, Instructional Aides (IAs), and Instructional Staff Team Leaders (ISTL). This role involves designing training materials, analyzing onboarding practices, and creating tools for managers and campuses to ensure a smooth and effective integration of new employees. The goal is to enhance the onboarding experience from pre-boarding through the first 90 days, aligning it with the overall employee lifecycle and contributing to staff retention and success within the Friendship system.
