About The Position

The Education Nurse Manager supports the coordination and delivery of clinical education and training programs across the organization, including CNA training support, staff education, and CPR certification. This role focuses on implementing established education programs, maintaining compliance, and supporting staff competency development under the direction of nursing and operational leadership. Meets the agency’s expectations for exemplary customer service. Pursues learning opportunities to enhance personal and professional capabilities. Adheres to all agency policies and procedures. Complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Attends required meetings. Performs other job-related duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s (BSN) preferred
  • 2–4 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Experience in staff education, precepting, or training preferred
  • Experience in home health, IHSS, or long-term care preferred
  • CPR/BLS Instructor certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Working knowledge of CMS, Medicaid, and state regulatory requirements
  • Ability to effectively deliver training and engage adult learners
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple training schedules and priorities
  • 1 year experience in long-term care
