About The Position

As an Education Manager at Universal Technical Institute, you will be a supervisor, mentor, coach, and the driving force behind the team of Instructors. You will be responsible for shaping the future of students and ensuring they receive a top-tier, consistent education. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 5 years of prior teaching and/or management experience.
  • Project Management and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and computer proficiency.
  • Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Education department, nurture your team, and champion their professional growth.
  • Partner with instructors to continuously enhance the quality and delivery of our programs.
  • Ensure our educational operations meet all legal and accreditation standards.
  • Provide guidance to students, address challenges, and collaborate across departments for solutions.
  • Foster a motivated and engaged team through effective training, development, and recognition.
