About The Position
Devereux is hosting a job fair for multiple positions within the Saddleback Valley Unified School District. They are opening a new program and seeking caring individuals to work in Special Education Elementary school classrooms with students diagnosed with Autism. The job fair will involve interviews for Instructional Assistants, RBT's, Special Education Teachers, BCBAs & Program Managers. Interested candidates should apply for consideration, and a recruiter will contact them to review position details and coordinate an in-person interview. The roles are targeted to be filled by 6/1/2026.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License required
- Minimum of a High School diploma for entry positions
- At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents with behavior challenges preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Special Education Certification
- RBT certification
- BCBA certification
Responsibilities
- Work in Special Education Elementary school classroom setting with students diagnosed with Autism.
- Conduct interviews for Instructional Assistants, RBT's, Special Education Teachers, BCBAs & Program Managers.
