Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Business Administration or Management preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in leadership or management roles
• Project Management and strategic thinking prowess.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong people and leadership abilities.
• Time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operations, oversee budgets, and cultivate an exceptional Education team.
• Nurture, train, and motivate your team to provide outstanding education and support services.
• Ensure UTI's operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies.
• Establish and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through effective training and development.

• Base Salary: $110k - $120K
