About The Position

GradePower Learning San Antonio is seeking a dynamic Education Coordinator to help students achieve academic success and realize their dreams. This role involves working directly with students, parents, and staff to implement effective learning strategies and foster a positive learning environment. The programs focus on teaching students from pre-school to post-secondary levels how to learn, concentrate, listen, remember, and believe in themselves.

Requirements

Minimum university degree.
Strong secondary school mathematics skills.
Strong English written and oral communication skills and ability to guide students' understanding.
Proven ability to recruit and enroll students, manage leads, conduct parent consultations, and meet or exceed enrollment targets.
Ability to multitask and balance working with up to 3 students at a time.
Strong phone skills and experience in customer service.
Must be able to commute to the in-person location in San Antonio.
Background check is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

Teaching certification.
Additional language(s) spoken.
Masters Degree (completed or in progress).
Degree in Education and/or Math.

Responsibilities

Participate in the center's operations, working with center staff, teachers, parents, and students.
Work directly with the center Director as a key staff member.
Inform inquiring parents about GradePower Learning programs.
Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers.
Set up and administer assessments.
Establish and oversee student learning programs.
Liaise with members of the community, including schools, sports teams, and local businesses.
Maintain contact with parents and meet with them to discuss their child's progress.
Ensure that the GradePower Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the center.
Effectively teach the GradePower Learning philosophy to students and coach other team members.
Teach up to 3 students at a time at different levels.
Maintain a friendly and professional manner at all times.
