Responsibilities
- Inspire and encourage teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages.
- Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers.
- Collaborate with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers.
- Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Support the use of the exclusive, time-tested digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement the curriculum.
