About The Position
This posting provides an overview of multiple current openings at First Children Services (FCS). FCS is a collaborative team of educators, clinicians, and support professionals dedicated to creating life-changing outcomes for exceptional children with behavioral, mental health, and physical needs. The organization is seeking passionate individuals to join its mission-driven team. FCS is hiring for several roles and aims to match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience, whether in education or clinical settings. Available opportunities include Teachers (Special Education, TOD, and related instructional roles), Speech Therapists, Paraprofessionals / Instructional Aides, and Behavior Technicians (BTs) for clinic-based roles, with training provided for BTs.
Requirements
- Individuals with experience in education, behavioral health, or working with children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
- For BT roles: willingness to learn and be trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
