About The Position

This Education Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching graduate courses, including those in our MS and PhD programs in Biostatistics, Health Data Science, and Applied Statistics, Analytics, & Data Science. Other responsibilities include serving on committees, advising and mentoring students, and conducting research.

Requirements

PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science or related field.
Master's degree in statistics or biostatistics.
This position requires a formal degree in the cited discipline area(s) to ensure that candidates have the foundational knowledge and skill set required to perform the duties of the position.
Online education experience as a student or as an instructor.

Nice To Haves

Experience in teaching professional and/or graduate students.
Experience as a collaborating statistician, biostatistician, or data scientist.

Responsibilities

Teach statistics, biostatistics, and/or data science courses for graduate students in applied statistics, analytics, data science, biostatistics, and other disciplines.
Conduct research and/or evaluation.
Mentor and advise students.
