About The Position

Educare is seeking an individual to assist with classroom management. This role requires a high school diploma or GED. Preferred certifications include a CDA (Child Development Associates) or obtaining one within 1 year of hire, and an Associate's degree within 3 years of the hire date. Experience in early childhood care (minimum 1 year) and a CPR/First Aide Certificate are also preferred. This experience can include babysitting, volunteer work, church groups, care of siblings/minors, or educational prep-programs. Required skills include the ability to work well with others and good communication skills. Physical demands include lifting children, outside play, and routine infant and toddler care. Additional duties will be assigned as needed.
