About The Position

The EDR Attendant is responsible for stocking food and paper supplies, maintaining a clean and organized work area, serving menu items according to Indigo Sky Casino recipe standards, cleaning coolers daily, keeping tables and ash trays clean, taking out trash, wearing the appropriate uniform, and working the assigned schedule. This role requires excellent customer service, problem-solving skills, and a high capacity for learning. The employee may be required to perform other duties as requested by their supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Above average oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Problem solving capability.
• High capacity for learning.
• Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints.
• Regularly required to stand for a full shift.
• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Reach with hands and arms.
• Talk or hear.
• Frequently required to taste or smell.
• Occasionally required to walk.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach.
• Must be able to read, write and speak basic English.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
• Serve Safe Certified.

Responsibilities
