About The Position

The EDR Attendant at Indigo Sky Casino is responsible for maintaining the dining and work areas, ensuring supplies are stocked, and serving food according to established standards. Key duties include stocking food and paper supplies, keeping the work area clean and organized, serving menu items, daily cooler cleaning, maintaining table cleanliness, emptying ashtrays, and trash removal. The role requires adherence to uniform standards and assigned work schedules. Candidates should possess strong oral communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, problem-solving capabilities, and a high capacity for learning. The employee must also be prepared to perform additional duties as requested by their supervisor.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
• Serve Safe Certified.
• Ability to maneuver in the casino
• Visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints.
• Ability to stand for a full shift
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
• Ability to reach with hands and arms
• Ability to talk or hear
• Ability to taste or smell
• Ability to walk
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
• Ability to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach
• Ability to read, write and speak basic English

Nice To Haves

• 6 months previous restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock all food and paper supplies.
