About The Position

The Editorial and Production Specialist supports the standards publication lifecycle by reviewing, preparing, and publishing SEMI Standards and related technical publications. This position helps ensure that Standards Documents are accurate, consistently formatted, aligned with SEMI editorial requirements, and ready for timely publication. Candidates should demonstrate strong editorial judgment, advanced document-formatting skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple publication assignments in a deadline-driven environment. Success in this role requires working independently, following established procedures, identifying issues proactively, and maintaining accuracy through each stage of the publication process. This position serves as a final quality-control checkpoint for administrative and stylistic compliance before publication. This role supports a voluntary consensus standards environment in which editorial changes must preserve approved technical intent, committee decisions, and established procedural requirements.
