About The Position

This position is for an Editor responsible for editing news packages, VO's, and other projects for broadcast. The role requires good judgment in editing news stories, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and to meet newsroom deadlines. Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are expected. Knowledge and experience with Avid Media Composer or other non-linear editing systems are necessary. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience working with Avid Media Composer or other non-linear editing systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to meet newsroom deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license.
