About The Position

The Avenue News is seeking an editor to manage its weekly newspaper in Essex, Maryland. This role involves being the sole journalist, responsible for producing stories and photos, collaborating with page designers for the weekly print edition, and posting daily content to the newspaper's website. The editor will be part of a larger group of editors within Adams MultiMedia Chesapeake, providing mutual support across multiple newspapers. The position is based in the Dundalk office, working alongside the editor of The Dundalk Eagle.
