Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Undergraduate degree with strong GPA
- Superior English grammar skills and attention to detail; commercial mindset
- Sound judgment/ability to spot reputational risk issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills and maturity to manage analyst expectations
- Basic understanding of balance sheet and financial analysis
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to take FINRA Series 16 examination
- Ability to work daytime US hours (~8am – 6pm) with flexibility to work outside of these hours as necessary.
Nice To Haves
- Japanese reading and writing skills preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Act as a project manager for the Research product
- Gain deep familiarity with our Research systems and liaise with various stakeholders throughout the review and approval process
- Provide editorial review of the Research product, including from non-native speakers, to ensure correct grammar, spelling, and language
- Ensure views are communicated clearly and reports are logically consistent
- Mitigate reputational risk / limit franchise exposure by editing for tone and language on politically sensitive topics
- Work with Compliance as needed
- Consistently apply corporate branding and style guidelines
