The Editor-in-Chief serves as both editorial visionary and hands-on operator, responsible for shaping the voice of SUCCESS, determining what stories are told, and ensuring each issue is executed with excellence across print and digital platforms. Operating within a small, high-impact team, this role requires a “player-coach” mindset. The Editor-in-Chief works directly in the content—writing, editing, guiding contributors, and collaborating cross-functionally—while also owning an AI-assisted editorial workflow that increases speed, efficiency, and output quality. Success in this role requires strong editorial judgment, operational discipline, comfort with modern AI tools, and the ability to lead without relying on large in-house teams.
