This position is responsible for submitting and managing EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments for all payers, resolving payment misrouting issues, and maintaining remit address changes with payers. The role also involves supporting special projects for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, managing provider portal databases for accurate demographics, following up with payers to ensure successful enrollment, and administering user portal access for RCM staff.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • 3+ years of medical office billing, AR, claims submission, or payment posting experience strongly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, and other major commercial payers.
  • Experience with enrollment software preferred.
  • SmartSheet knowledge a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Submit and manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments for all payers.
  • Resolve payment misrouting issues.
  • Maintain and update remit address changes with government and commercial payers.
  • Support special projects related to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team objectives.
  • Manage and update provider portal databases, ensuring accurate demographics for all practices.
  • Provide timely follow-up with payers, ensuring successful enrollment completion.
  • Administer user portal access for RCM staff, ensuring timely and appropriate permissions.
