The EDI Program Manager will be responsible for conducting EDI training needs assessments, leading the development and facilitation of training sessions, and conducting post-training evaluations. This role involves researching, developing, and implementing new and existing EDI programs, as well as seeking grant funding opportunities, preparing grant proposals, and writing grant applications. The Program Manager will partner with the EDI Director to develop and monitor program and subgrantee budgets, provide guidance on purchasing decisions, and solicit approval for expenditures. They will monitor and support subgrantees regarding program implementation and goal achievement, and partner with external stakeholders to assist with program implementation. Additionally, this role leads the development, implementation, and management of the Student Training Program and the Racism Incident Command System, and develops and manages the CCBH vendor diversity and community engagement/outreach initiatives. The Program Manager will manage and train Community Health Workers, oversee the acquisition of EDI program materials and supplies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality EDI services. Programmatic technical assistance will be provided to subgrantees as needed. The role also involves developing and maintaining EDI’s presence on the agency website and social media platforms, establishing and managing internal and external relationships, and convening/attending meetings of the EDI Community Advisory Board and EDI Steering Committee. Budget monitoring, participation in local and state-wide meetings, and partnership with the Senior Leadership Team for strategic planning are key aspects. The position also involves identifying additional service agencies, potential community collaborations, and addressing EDI issues, as well as facilitating meetings with subgrantees and stakeholders. Representation at coalition and subcommittee meetings, and potential leadership in planning, development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of multisector partnerships are also part of the responsibilities. Data extraction from databases for reporting, gathering documents for public records requests, and monitoring quality outcomes are crucial. Collaboration on special projects, program evaluation, research, and audits to ensure subgrantee compliance are required. Analysis of site visit data, assessment of capacity building needs, and participation in quality assurance and improvement activities are also expected. The role may involve participation in public health emergency activities and performing other assigned duties.
