EDI Lead Programmer Analyst
About The Position
Commission on Medical Care (DBA Partnership HealthPlan of California) is recruiting for our Fairfield, CA office: EDI Lead Programmer Analyst: Responsible for application maintenance and development which entails coding, testing, debugging and documenting new or modified software applications based on business requirements; utilizing languages such as C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or SQL; and maintaining existing codebases by fixing bugs, adding new features and optimizing performance. Responsible for managing and developing databases which entails creating, maintaining and optimizing stored procedures, queries and views in MS SQL Server and/or Oracle environments; and designing and managing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and supporting data integration and reporting needs. Perform system analysis and requirements gathering including working with business units to gather requirements and translating them into technical specifications; and analyzing workflows and existing systems to identify improvements and recommend enhancements. Responsible for data reporting and analytics support. Perform testing and quality assurance. Responsible for performance benchmarks, system integration and API development. Perform technical documentation including writing and maintaining technical documentation. Provide end-user and stakeholder support. Perform business process analysis and improvement. Coordinate projects and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or other closely related fields
- 36 months of experience
- Utilizing languages such as C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- MS SQL Server and/or Oracle environments
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
