About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring an EDI Architect in Dearborn, MI. This role requires someone who can handle the full scope of EDI architecture. An EDI Architect is a senior IT professional responsible for designing, implementing, and managing EDI system integrations. These systems enable businesses to electronically exchange critical documents — such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping notices — with partners, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements

SQL Server

6-10 yrs of experience in IT
4+ yrs in concentration Solution Architecture, Unix, Network Protocols & Standards, Session Initiation Protocols, GCP, EDI mapping tools
5+ years of experience in a wide range of business areas of supply chain management including system development, business intelligence, business processes and customer relations.
5+ years of experience with Enterprise Application Integration, middleware, or other integration experience.
5+ years of experience with architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, uml diagrams, network connectivity and communication protocols
Proficiency with EDI mapping tools, ANSI X12, EDIFACT, UNIX. LINUX, Windows, SQL Server, MQ Series
Bachelor's Degree

Mainframe Systems Experience
Familiarity with web and mainframe applications- Mainframe Systems

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a good level of expertise in one or more technical environments (software packages, programming language, database, operating system), and a good knowledge of EDI Solution
Responsible for quality of solution in each environment and for each trading partner
Coordinate with related work streams / teams including infrastructure teams, Customer Service Division and Manufacturing
Perform systems tuning and diagnostics on UNIX, LINUX and WINDOWS platforms
