About The Position

The Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Edge Kids Supervisor to lead our team and ensure high standards of programming. This role involves overseeing all Edge Kids programs, maintaining exceptional member experience, and fostering a fun, active, and motivating atmosphere where fitness meets fun. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for making a difference in children's lives, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full breadth of offered Edge Kids programs.
• Ensure extremely high standards of The Edge Fitness Clubs are adhered to in every class, every day.
• Teach classes (approximately 70% of the time).
• Perform administrative duties (approximately 30% of the time).
• Provide outstanding member experience and customer service.
• Lead a team and ensure attention to detail.
