Greet and seat guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. The role involves setting up the host/hostess stand, reviewing guest reservations, maintaining a station chart, and managing cover counts for the restaurant. It also includes answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards, taking reservations, and providing information about the restaurant or other hotel services. The position requires anticipating guest needs, responding to inquiries or problems, recognizing regular guests, and maintaining daily menus for quality and appearance. A comprehensive working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials is necessary. The role also requires compliance with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct and working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
