About The Position

The Eddy Current Assistant will perform a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of the whole body for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment, materials, and machinery.

Requirements

• You must pass the test requirements detailed in the Quality Assurance Manual.
• Eddy Current (ET) experience is highly preferred but not required.
• General labor experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• TWIC - if recently applied or it, a receipt will suffice for interview purposes.
• Must possess either a valid, unexpired Driver’s license or State issued I.D.
• Must be capable of passing a hair follicle and urine drug screen.
• Must be capable of passing a Motor Vehicle (MVR) screen.
• Must be capable of understanding and following verbal and written instructions.
• Must possess Basic Safety Training Skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow established techniques and procedures, for the cleaning and inspection of heat exchangers, fin fans, condensers, and various fixed equipment.
• Ability to prepare and assist in the mobilization, set-up and de-mobilization of cleaning and testing equipment.
• Inventory equipment ensuring job ready status after each job and perform preventative maintenance on some service equipment.
• Ensures all documents relating to a job are prepared and processed according to established procedures.
• Adherent to Employee's Responsibilities section set forth in USA DeBusk’s Safety Policies and Procedures Manual.
