About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ED Ultrasound Tech for a 36-hour per week position. This role involves working overnight shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The position is located in the General Ultrasound Technologist ER at Salem Hospital, specifically within one Ultrasound room in a radiology suite in the ER. The clinician to patient ratio is 1:1, and the patient population includes ER patients and inpatients.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience required.
• Proficiency in Ultrasound.
• RDMS certification required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations on ER patients and inpatients.
• Operate ultrasound equipment.
• Document patient information and procedures in the EPIC EMR system.
