Associates gain direct client access, lead deals, and build relationships with decision-makers. Requirements

4–8 years of law firm experience in venture capital, emerging companies, and/or M&A
Strong ability to manage transactions and communicate with senior stakeholders
A genuine interest in innovation-driven industries and high-growth companies
The confidence to lead — and the curiosity to keep growing

Responsibilities

Lead venture capital and M&A transactions from start to finish
Partner directly with founders, CEOs, and boards across high-growth companies
Structure and execute financings, including SAFEs and preferred stock deals
Advise companies from formation through exit — from pre-seed to pre-IPO
Counsel venture capital firms and institutional investors on strategic investments
Navigate complex corporate governance and scaling challenges
Build deep relationships across the tech and life sciences ecosystem
