The Call Center determines eligibility for Vermonters by State and Federally funded programs using multiple platforms with a variety of call center technology. This supervisor provides direct supervision in a hybrid environment to Benefit Program Specialists, Senior Benefit Program Specialists and supports program eligibility. In addition, a supervisor is expected to complete performance evaluations, address performance issues, while mentoring, training, and encouraging professional growth and accomplishments.
