As a Project Engineer within our Economic Development team at Oncor, you’re responsible for supporting the Economic Development Manager by managing assigned economic development projects and activities. The position will, as directed, assist as a liaison between the Company and state, regional and local economic development organizations to encourage community development indicative to attracting new industry and enhanced utilization of Oncor infrastructure. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for directing specific economic development projects of all sizes and scopes that enable to growth of the Oncor system through the expansion and recruitment of business to the Company’s service area to enhance and maximize the effective utilization of existing facilities as well as enable growth in targeted areas. The position acts as a key liaison of the Company with all state, regional and local economic development organizations to promote a positive business environment and community development conducive to attracting new industry. The role also leads the development and implementation of innovative economic development initiatives to support community economic development in Oncor’s service area.
