As an Economic Benefits Trainer, you will play a key role in shaping the knowledge and success of new hires and seasoned team members across Economic Services. You’ll design and deliver engaging training programs, strengthen operational excellence, and ensure best practices are woven into every learning experience. This position reports directly to the Program and Staff Development (PSD) Supervisor. Your primary focus will be on Adult Medicaid (AMA)—including Private Living Arrangement (PLA), Long Term Care (LTC), and Special Assistance (SA)—with opportunities to support additional program areas based on department needs.
