About The Position

Dare Foods is seeking an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Intern to support the ongoing management and optimization of our digital shelf across key retail partners. This role will play an important part in ensuring Dare’s product listings are consistently high-quality, aligned to brand standards, and optimized for search and conversion across major eCommerce platforms. The intern will also support broader digital marketing initiatives, working closely with the Digital, Brand, and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of content
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured trackers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, or retail merchandising
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with online retail platforms or product content is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Audit and maintain product listings across key retailers
  • Optimize product content including descriptions, images, and structured data in line with Dare’s GTM standards
  • Ensure listings accurately reflect brand positioning and product benefits
  • Support ongoing updates and seasonal/product changes across retailer platforms
  • Work with Key Account Managers, Brand team, and Digital team to align content updates
  • Manage and update spreadsheets/trackers to ensure accuracy and completion of listings
  • Support the rollout and adoption of standardized content across all products
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of marketing assets (images, copy, product details) for eCommerce and digital use
  • Support brand and campaign execution by ensuring assets are retailer-ready and correctly formatted
  • Help manage internal documentation, trackers, and workflows for digital initiatives
  • Provide general support on digital marketing projects (e.g., content reviews, competitive scans, campaign setup coordination)
  • Maintain clear tracking of updates and progress across all accounts
  • Support reporting on content completion and digital shelf readiness
