We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated eCommerce Specialist to support our business across ecommerce marketplaces and drop-ship retail partners. This hands-on role focuses on catalog management, product data enrichment, account management, and execution of ecommerce initiatives across our online sales channels.

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, filters, and working with large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through to completion.
• Comfortable learning new platforms, processes, and retailer requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, product data, merchandising, retail, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms or retailer portals such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Walmart Supplier Connect, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience with PIM, ERP, or marketplace feed-management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product catalogs across ecommerce marketplaces and drop-ship retail partners.
• Create, update, and enhance product listings, including descriptions, attributes, specifications, imagery, and categorization.
• Support new product setup, assortment expansion, content improvements, and other ecommerce initiatives.
• Maintain product and account information within retailer and marketplace portals.
• Identify and resolve listing errors, data discrepancies, and catalog issues.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, audit, and manipulate product data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete product information.
• Monitor account and catalog performance to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with pricing, inventory, and promotional updates across ecommerce channels.
• Work directly with marketplace and retail partners to resolve account, product, and operational issues.
• Support strategic ecommerce projects and initiatives across online sales channels.
