As an eCommerce Specialist, Content & Digital Experience, you will play a vital role in supporting various aspects of our eCommerce operations. You’ll be focused on executing and optimizing digital merchandising strategies that enhance product discoverability, storytelling, and conversion across the DTC site and Amazon storefront. Including website content updates, visual merchandising, content coordination with our internal Creative team, email marketing campaign review, and other day-to-day eCommerce tasks, you’ll drive the execution of the Jellycat brand experience in North America. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. .
