eCommerce Project Manager
About The Position
TrakMotive is looking for an eCommerce Project Manager to join our team! This role involves leading cross-functional collaboration with regional business partners and global stakeholders to implement new ecommerce capabilities, including customer portals and other strategic initiatives. The Project Manager will balance competing project constraints—scope, schedule, resources, risk, quality, and budget—to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. They will monitor project dependencies and coordinate across teams to reduce risk and enable smooth execution. The role also includes generating, tracking, and analyzing outcomes of major initiatives, supporting the execution of eCommerce initiatives like listing updates, A/B testing, and SEO/GEO optimization, and preparing weekly performance scorecards and key metric summaries for leadership. Additional projects and responsibilities may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience working on an eCommerce or digital-focused team (required)
- 3–5+ years of project management experience in a cross-functional environment (preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals
- Comprehensive understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) business systems, web platforms, and omnichannel technologies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Must be 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screen
