About The Position

The eCommerce Photography Producer oversees all production-related tasks for multiple client accounts at Industrial Color’s Tribeca location. They are the contact for day-to-day Production in the studios including scheduling resources, booking talent, coordinating shoots, managing client relations, project management, retouching schedules, final deliverables and physical inventory databases. The right candidate has a keen understanding of eCommerce production with a scalable approach to be able to partner with clients on their evolving content needs. He/she/they are client-focused, loves production, career driven, possesses exceptional skills, and is a team player.

Requirements

  • At Least 1-2 Years eCommerce Photography Production, ideally with experience in both PDP and Digital Content
  • Comfort managing high-volume beauty production while maintaining consistency, precision, and brand standards a plus
  • Experience producing content for multiple outputs (PDP, social, paid media, tutorials, GIFs, motion, and short-form video)
  • Strong organization skills with ability to work directly with clients, studio team and crew
  • Strong collaboration skills with creative, retouching, and post-production teams
  • Ability to organize time and meet deadlines, manage workflow, ad hoc freelance support team and prioritize effectively; ability to effectively manage downtime
  • Ability to work autonomously once trained on internal, shared workflows and resources

Responsibilities

  • Assist Production Manager with planning ongoing and upcoming production
  • Scheduling internal and external resources to ensure clients' objectives are completed on time and on budget.
  • Main point of contact on set for all teams
  • Manage logistics, such as booking talent and crew, equipment, and catering.
  • Ensure that all expenses are within budget and that invoices and receipts are processed accurately.
  • Manage and manipulate databases and workflow applications that will track inbound, in progress, and completed work requests.
  • Own client and internal communication and distribute priority requests for production and postproduction.
  • Collaborating with inter and intra-departmental team members to complete both short and long-term projects on time and on budget.
