Our Direct-to-Consumer portfolio includes Lunya and Lingerie Living, where we are committed to delivering elevated digital shopping experiences that reflect the quality, craftsmanship, and aesthetic of our brands. We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Merchandising Manager to help drive the growth of our DTC business by creating engaging online shopping experiences, executing high-impact marketing campaigns, and continuously optimizing the customer journey. We're looking for an experienced Shopify and Klaviyo expert to own the day-to-day digital merchandising and customer experience across two intimates and sleepwear websites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives inside Shopify, understands how to merchandise premium brands, and knows how to execute high-performing email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo. You'll own the digital storefront, promotional calendar, onsite merchandising, and lifecycle campaign execution while partnering closely with Creative, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience. Beyond execution, you'll continually look for opportunities to improve the customer journey, increase conversion, and protect the premium brand experience across every customer touchpoint.
