About The Position

DuraLabel by Graphic Products is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to advance its ecommerce roadmap. This role involves hands-on execution, performance reporting, analysis, and cross-functional coordination with Marketing, IT, Sales, design, and other business teams. Responsibilities include enhancing onsite search, managing promotions, updating content, analyzing revenue and conversion metrics, investigating performance anomalies, quality-checking site updates, and defining requirements for new customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess broad ecommerce and reporting skills, sound judgment, clear communication, and a commitment to continuous learning. Expertise in every platform is not essential.

Requirements

  • At minimum, 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, marketing analytics, lifecycle marketing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with an ecommerce website, product catalog, onsite search, digital campaigns, online merchandising, or a closely related function.
  • Ability to use reporting and analytics tools to understand performance and support decisions.
  • Ability to explain analytical findings, requirements, and recommendations clearly to technical and nontechnical partners.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort coordinating several initiatives and contributors.
  • Demonstrated ownership, dependable follow-through, and sound judgment about when to seek direction or specialized support.
  • Curiosity about ecommerce tools, customer behavior, and improvements to the online buying experience.
  • Interest in a broad role spanning execution, reporting, analysis, and project coordination.
  • Ability to move comfortably between hands-on platform work, performance review, and collaboration with other teams.
  • Availability to work in a full-time, in-office team environment in Beaverton, Oregon.

  • BigCommerce, GA4, HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Paid media, email, marketing automation, customer-retention programs, SEO, product-content optimization, usability research, or conversion testing.
  • B2B ecommerce, industrial products, Amazon or another marketplace, website administration, basic HTML or CSS, or AI-assisted marketing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and improve ecommerce campaigns, promotions, online merchandising, product discovery, and customer-retention programs.
  • Manage onsite search and merchandising using Algolia or a comparable platform, including search rules, ranking, synonyms, redirects, recommendations, and promotions.
  • Maintain product pages, category pages, product Q&A, ecommerce messaging, imagery, and related website content.
  • Support paid acquisition, retargeting, email, SEO, customer lifecycle programs, product catalog expansion, and future marketplace initiatives.
  • Own recurring ecommerce and campaign reporting across revenue, traffic, conversion, average order value, acquisition, retention, and customer behavior.
  • Maintain dashboards, validate automated reports, investigate unexpected results, and help resolve tracking or data-quality issues.
  • Interpret performance, explain findings clearly, and recommend the next practical steps.
  • Develop and evaluate tests involving messaging, promotions, product discovery, navigation, mobile experience, and checkout.
  • Coordinate initiatives with Marketing, IT, Sales, design, inventory, fulfillment, and other contributors; translate needs into clear requirements and responsibilities.
  • Perform quality assurance, maintain project documentation, and keep assigned roadmap work moving through launch, measurement, and follow-up.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $60,000-$70,000 annually.
